I spray painted these unfinished frames that I bought at Michael's for a $1.
The kids then decorated them with starfish and shell's.

    I was a bit rushed to take pictures so I was unable to capture the party the way I really wanted too. I don't think the pictures do the party justice. But none-the-less- it was a fun day.
